智通财经APP讯，炙龙控股(08493)发布公告，经与公司核数师在审计过程中进一步讨论，并根据核数师截至本公告日期已完成的审计工作，董事会谨此进一步知会股东及潜在投资者，集团预期就该两家附属公司终止综合入账确认一次性非现金收益约1200万港元;该两家附属公司先前为集团位于黄埔及观塘的酒家营运商，现因香港高等法院已对该等附属公司发出清盘令而遭剔除。因此，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的预期亏损将较先前公告所披露者减少约1200万港元，而经修订预期亏损净额将介于约1400万港元至1600万港元。
