快科技3月31日消息，昨日深夜，博主“PQ-管仲窥豹”发布微博向赛力斯公开致歉：
本人杨XX，系微博账号“PQ-管仲窥豹”的注册使用人。就本人使用前述账专通过微博平台于2024年5月至2025年1月期间发布的多条微博内容，侵犯赛力斯汽车有限公司（以下简称赛力斯公司）名誉权事宜，现郑重向赛力斯公司致歉。
经人民法院审理认定，本人针对赛力斯公司旗下“问界”系列汽车发布的14条微博言论，系对“问界”系列汽车作出的具有贬损内容的否定性评价，容易引导读者降低问界系列汽车的社会综合评价，进而影响该系列汽车制造商即赛力斯公司的声望、信誉等。
已经超出舆论批评监督与表达自由的合理范畴，构成名誉侵权，并应承担删除相关微博、赔礼道歉、赔偿侵权损失等民事责任。
对此，本人尊重法院判决，并已深刻认识到自身错误，对由此给赛力斯公司造成的名誉侵害深表歉意。
网络空间并非法外之地，尤其本人作为具有一定影响力的汽车博主，发表网络言论时更应提高审慎注意义务，基于客观事实表达观点，避免逾越法律红线。
再次就前述侵权行为，诚恳向赛力斯汽车有限公司致歉！
