沃尔沃汽车将在欧洲独家销售领克电动汽车路透斯德哥尔摩3月30日 - 沃尔沃汽车VOLCARb.ST 周一宣布，已与中国姊妹公司吉利汽车0175.HK签署谅解备忘录，将成为领克（Lynk & Co）电动汽车在欧洲的独家进口商和经销商。
2016年成立于瑞典的领克（Lynk & Co）是一个高端品牌，在多个欧洲市场开展汽车销售和租赁业务，产品线已从最初的插电式混合动力SUV领克01扩展至更多车型。
“沃尔沃汽车计划利用自有经销商网络销售领克汽车，并在相关市场使用公司的销售和服务体系，”沃尔沃表示。
声明进一步指出，这一新合作将使两个品牌能够触达更广泛的受众，且无需额外的产品投资，因为它们瞄准的是不同的客户和细分市场。
领克在另一份声明中表示：“通过借助沃尔沃汽车的核心商业运营体系和成熟的经销商网络，领克欧洲将实现更快的规模化扩张，从而支持更大的销量。”
吉利控股集团今年1月曾表示，计划到2030年跻身全球五大汽车制造商之列，全球销量超过650万辆；上周，该公司又宣布计划在明年之前将其欧洲技术中心管理的汽车项目数量增加一倍。
