智通财经APP讯，银盛数惠(03773)发布公告，黄慧玲女士已提出辞呈，辞任(i)本公司联席公司秘书;(ii)根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表;及(iii)根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表，自2026年3月30日起生效。
黄女士辞任联席公司秘书及法律程序文件代理人后，本公司另一名联席公司秘书洪庆虹先生将继续留任并担任本公司唯一公司秘书及法律程序文件代理人。
洪庆虹先生已获委任为授权代表，自2026年3月30日起生效。
