新华社北京3月30日电（记者叶昊鸣）记者30日从交通运输部获悉，为加快推动人工智能等前沿技术与航运产业深度融合，培育壮大航运新质生产力，交通运输部、工业和信息化部、国务院国资委、市场监管总局近日联合印发《智能航运2030行动计划》，明确“十五五”期间我国智能航运发展的总体要求、重点任务和保障措施。
据交通运输部有关负责人介绍，行动计划以科技创新和产业创新为路径，以场景应用为牵引，明确了两个阶段发展目标。到2027年，我国将实现人工智能与航运要素深度融合，核心关键技术取得突破，建立三个以上智能航运综合试点区域、开辟五条以上试点航线，打造十个以上可推广的智能航运典型场景，运营百艘以上智能船舶；到2030年，我国将全面掌握核心关键技术，形成技术、产业、治理协同发展新模式，智能航运发展达到国际先进水平。
围绕上述目标，这名负责人说，行动计划从技术装备攻关、应用试点赋能、基础设施提升、监管治理提升四大维度，系统部署了11项重点任务，着力构建覆盖创新链、产业链、价值链的智能航运发展体系，推动我国智能航运迈向系统集成与规模化应用新阶段。
这名负责人表示，行动计划的印发，不仅为破解制约我国智能航运发展的瓶颈问题提供了系统性解决方案，也为2035年基本建成交通强国、助力中国航运在全球智能化浪潮中实现由“并跑”向“领跑”跨越，注入强劲动能、奠定坚实支撑。
