Tong Ren Tang's Profit Slides 24% in 2025; Shares Slip 3%

Tong Ren Tang Technologies (HKG:1666) recorded a 24% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 396.3 million yuan from 521.8 million yuan a year prior, according to a March 27 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the traditional Chinese medicine manufacturer were down nearly 3% in Monday afternoon trading.

Earnings per share were 0.31 yuan in the year, down from 0.41 yuan in the prior-year period.

Revenue slipped 11% to 6.48 billion yuan from 7.26 billion yuan previously.

The firm proposed a final dividend of 0.18 yuan per share for the year, payable by Aug. 11, subject to shareholder approval.
