近日，湖南长沙的段女士向媒体反映，2月17日，她在名创优品某门店工作时抓到小偷，被对方辱骂、扇耳光，被攻击后段女士也有“还手”。事发当日，店长发66元红包安抚段女士并表示会向公司申请委屈奖。

3月26日，店长回复段女士，公司没有通过委屈奖，因为“员工还手，顾客同样受到伤害，不符合委屈奖评定标准”。

2024年4月，名创优品集团内部发布《关于设立终端伙伴委屈奖的通知》。如出现被顾客殴打等情况，可获得500元委屈奖奖金。

目前段女士已离职，3月26日，涉事名创优品门店告诉记者，赔偿事宜已和段女士当面沟通，有问题请联系段女士。
