南财智讯3月30日电，上海实业环境（00807.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司间接全资附属公司龙江环保集团有限公司于2026年3月30日与青岛清鞍科技投资有限公司签订股权买卖协议，拟以人民币27000万元（约3.05亿港元）的总对价，收购鞍山清畅水务有限公司及鞍山清朗水务有限公司合计100%股权。本次交易尚需满足多项先决条件，包括相关工商变更登记、债务清理、合规性确认等，并须于2026年5月31日前完成；若未能如期达成，买方有权单方面决定是否终止交易。标的公司分别运营鞍山宁远污水处理厂（日处理能力8万吨）和东台污水处理厂（日处理能力15万吨），均处于稳定运营状态。本次交易构成香港上市规则下的须予披露交易，不构成关连交易，无需股东批准。
