智通财经APP讯，北大资源(00618)发布公告，于2026年3月30日，公司与上海存安及冯七评先生就成立合营公司订立合营协议。根据合营协议的条款，合营公司的拟定股本将为2亿港元。公司(或其附属公司)、上海存安(或其附属公司)及冯七评先生将分别向合营公司出资9000万港元、9800万港元及1200万港元，分别占合营公司总股本的45%、49%及6%。合营公司将按权益法列作公司合营公司入账。其财务业绩将不会并入公司的财务报表。合营公司将主要从事提供有色金属商品的国际贸易及供应链服务。
