智通财经APP获悉，TCL电子(01070)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.63%，报12.83港元，成交额2.08亿港元。
消息面上，TCL电子发布2025年财报，全年实现收入1145.83亿港元，同比增长15.4%；经调整归母净利润达25.12亿港元，同比增幅达56.5%。公司延续高派息政策，拟派发末期股息每股49.80港仙，派息率约为经调整归母净利润的50%。
中信建投指出，TCL电子收入端实现高增，主要得益于电视量价齐升，以及互联网和创新业务贡献增量；利润端在毛利率平稳的情况下，仍实现快速增长，主要得益于公司自身降本及提质增效，费用率控制较好，经营业绩保持稳健。公司与索尼成立合资公司，有望整合双方技术和资源优势，改写全球电视品牌竞争格局，同时直接增加TCL并表收入，提升其利润率和估值水平。
