智通财经APP讯，信保环球控股(00723)发布公告，于2026年3月31日，本公司间接全资附属公司汇通矿产与买方新富华发展订立出售协议，本公司同意出售而买方同意收购该基金全部权益，现金代价为3100万港元。
据悉，该基金为CSC Wealth Asset Management SPC I(根据开曼群岛法律注册成立的获豁免独立投资组合公司)的独立投资组合，由中策富泽资产管理有限公司(获证券及期货事务监察委员会发牌从事证券及期货条例下第4类(就证券提供意见)及第 9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动)管理。
汇通矿产以库务理由而认购该基金。鉴于本集团近期的财务需要，加上当前全球政治局势不稳，董事会认为，出售事项为本集团提供了退出于该基金的投资的良机。
