智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月27日，梧桐国际(00613)股东将股票存入威华达证券，存仓市值2.76亿港元，占比16.45%。
梧桐国际发布公告，集团预期于2025财年取得除税前溢利约3000万港元，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)取得除税前亏损约2.12亿港元，大幅改善。
2025财年的预期溢利主要受以下因素所影响：按公平值计入损益表的金融资产未变现收益净额约1.5亿港元；应收孖展贷款的减值亏损拨回约3700万港元；应占联营公司溢利约4800万港元；出售按公平值计入损益表的金融资产产生的已变现亏损净额约为8100万港元；及投资物业的公平值亏损净额约为9400万港元。
