智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，根据上市规则第13.49(1)条及第13.46(2)条，公司须于截至2025年12月31日止财政年度结束后3个月内(即不迟于2026年3月31日)刊发有关其初步业绩的公告，并须于财政年度结束后4个月内(即不迟于2026年4月30日)向公司股东寄发相应的年度报告。
于2026年3月3日清盘人获委任后，他们已着手采取相关行动以评估公司的最新财务状况，包括与审计师接触以了解其年度审计的进度，以及收集公司的帐簿及记录。然而，清盘人迄今尚未获提供任何财务资料，亦无法确认审计的状态或进度。
因此，截至2025年12月31日止年度的财务报表编制及2025年度业绩的公布均将会出现延误。由于2025年度业绩公布延迟，预期2025年度报告的寄发亦可能延迟。
公司将根据上市规则适时就2025年度业绩及2025年度报告的公布日期作出进一步公告。
此外，公司股份继续暂停买卖。
