公开资料显示，德适生物深耕医学影像大模型平台赛道，于2025年推出iMedImage®医学影像通用大模型，打造全球首个千亿级参数跨模态医学影像基座模型。简单来说，该模型突破了传统医学影像AI单一模态的局限，可覆盖CT、MRI、超声、病理、染色体等19种医学影像模态、超90%的临床医学影像场景，改变行业从零起步研发的传统模式。该模型凭借千亿级参数规模，更是成为全球最大的通用型医学影像基座模型。
招股书显示，公司2025年前9个月营收同比激增469.8%达1.12亿元，毛利率高达75.9%，其中技术许可业务毛利率更是达到96.5%，成为营收增长的核心引擎。截至2025年9月，公司产品已部署于全国400多家医疗机构，中国排名前十的医院（如北京协和医院及复旦大学附属中山医院）中的采用率达到40%。
