3月31日金融一线消息，民生银行今日召开2025年度业绩交流会。谈及房地产资产质量的展望，该行副行长黄红日表示：“我们判断，短期内仍存压力，但长期趋于平稳。”

　　黄红日表示，一方面，政策在持续发力，市场在逐步修复，这将为我行资产质量的稳定提供有力支撑；另一方面，存量风险的化解、部分企业经营的调整、区域和项目的分化仍将带来一定比例的不良的产生。

　　下一阶段，黄红日指出，民生银行将继续执行总量控制、盘活存量、优化增量的总体策略，积极落实监管要求，加快推进存量风险的化解，适度有序的发展增量业务，保持房地产业务平稳健康的发展。
