路透汉 堡3月31日 - 欧洲贸易商称，突尼斯国家谷物机构周二在国际招标中提出的购买约10万吨软小麦的最低报价估计为每吨274.73美元，包括成本和运费(c&f)。
他们说，最低的小麦报价据信是由保加利亚贸易公司 Buildcom 提出的，针对 25,000 吨。
报价仍在考虑之中，尚未有任何购买报告。如果附加条件被认为不具吸引力，最低报价并不总是会被接受。
