智通财经APP讯，雅居乐集团(03383)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业额278.59亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少35.73%;股东应占亏损225.69亿元，同比扩大31.09%;每股基本亏损4.473元。
公告称，年内，集团连同其合营企业及联营公司以及由集团管理并以“雅居乐”品牌销售的房地产项目的预售金额合计为人民币85.7亿元，同比下降44.7%，对应累计预售建筑面积为93.9万平方米，同比下降19.1%，预售均价为每平方米人民币9129元，同比下降31.7%。销售方面进一步收缩，集团的流动性也遭受较大影响。
亏损主要受以下因素影响：出售╱终止确认附属公司取得亏损;使用权益法入账的投资减值亏损;及所得税开支大幅上升。
