韩国最大养老基金的负责人表示，韩元兑美元在近期市场动荡中走弱，可能需要采取措施来稳定韩元汇率。

　　韩国国民年金公团董事长兼首席执行官Kim Sung-joo周五接受采访时，驳斥了韩元兑美元近期跌至1500是“新常态”的说法，认为1400出头才是更合适的均衡区间。韩元兑美元今年以来下跌约5%，是亚洲表现最差的货币之一。

　　Kim表示，国民年金公团目前正与金融监管部门就提升基金业绩并增强外汇市场稳定性的新框架持续磋商，预计相关讨论将很快结束，若各方达成一致，相关建议将予以采纳。他还补充称，通过战略性对冲来帮助稳定韩元的做法，也是正在审议的问题之一。

　　“我们也不完全理解韩元持续疲软的原因，”Kim说道，该基金管理着约1万亿美元的资产。“我们早就认识到需要对外汇波动做出反应，现在大家一致认为可能需要采取某种形式的行动。”
