智通财经APP讯，碧桂园(02007)发布公告，罗杰先生已提呈辞任公司的联席公司秘书，自2026年3月31日起生效。于罗杰先生辞任后，另一名联席公司秘书梁创顺先生将继续留任并担任公司的唯一公司秘书。
自2026年3月31日起，罗杰先生将不再担任上市规则第3.06(2)条项下的公司执行董事兼总裁程光煜博士的替任授权代表。梁创顺先生已获委任为程光煜博士的替任授权代表，自2026年3月31日起生效。
罗杰先生将不再担任根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部代表公司于香港接收送达法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(香港授权代表)，且林方正先生已获委任接替罗杰先生出任香港授权代表，两者均自2026年3月31日起生效。
