智通财经APP讯，莱蒙国际(03688)发布2025年业绩，收入约13.6亿港元，同比减少0.7%。公司权益股东及永久可换股证券持有人应占亏损约为29.05亿港元，同比增长58.54%。每股亏损1.9港元。
截至2025年度，集团录得物业及停车位预售额合共约6.7亿港元。物业预售额约6.68亿港元，已预售建筑面积约1.24万平方米，而平均售价约每平方米5.37万港元，较2024年分别减少约14.3%、12.9%及1.6%。集团物业预售平均售价下降乃主要由于2025年中国的物业预售额的平均售价较2024年的平均售价相对较低所致。
公告称，收入减少主要由于集团物业管理及相关服务收入减少。
