ChainCatcher 消息，尼日利亚中央银行（CBN）近日启动针对虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）的监管试点项目。首批参与机构包括多家区域性金融科技及数字资产企业，其中，KuCoin为唯一入选的全球化交易所。
该试点重点聚焦反洗钱（AML）、反恐融资（CFT）及反扩散融资（CPF）合规，旨在加强对数字资产行业的风险管控与监管能力，并与金融行动特别工作组（FATF）等国际标准保持一致。
根据安排，参与机构需开展结构化监管沟通，定期提交监管数据，并在公司治理、交易监测、制裁筛查及跨境交易“旅行规则”（Travel Rule）等关键领域推进合规实践。
KuCoin 首席执行官 BC Wong 表示，建设性的监管对话是数字资产行业实现长期可持续发展的重要基础，公司将持续加强与全球监管机构的沟通合作，推动透明度与风险管理能力提升。
市场普遍认为，此次入选反映出 KuCoin 在全球范围内推进合规战略的持续进展，同时也体现出尼日利亚在数字资产监管方面正迈向更加系统化与前瞻性的阶段。
