Lopez Aliaga近期对Rutas de Lima宣布清算表示欢迎，此前当地法院的裁决已剥夺了该公司收取通行费及获取收入的权利。布鲁克菲尔德已向秘鲁提起27亿美元仲裁，指控其收费公路项目遭到非法征收。Lopez Aliaga表示，若当选，秘鲁政府将对布鲁克菲尔德提出反诉，索赔30亿美元。
该债券于十年前发行，是当时秘鲁规模最大的本币计价企业债券。
标普表示：“鉴于该项目已完全无法产生现金流，我们预计债务重组难以实现。”
