容大科技（09881）发布公告，根据上市规则第13.49条，本公司须在不迟于财政年度结束后三个月内的日期（即于2026年3月31日或之前），刊发年度业绩公告。董事会谨此通知本公司股东及潜在投资者，由于本公司核数师需要额外时间完成必要的审计工作，故年度业绩公告将延迟刊发。董事会预期年度业绩公告将于2026年4月内刊发。本公司将于适当时候另行刊发公告，通知股东及潜在投资者有关（其中包括）尚未完成的审计工作详情、尚未完成的审计工作预期时间表及年度业绩的确切刊发日期。
本公司H股将由2026年4月1日上午9时起暂停在联交所买卖，以待刊发年度业绩公告。
