新华财经北京4月1日电（记者高婷）记者1日获悉，在贝壳新一轮组织重构中，上海链家原负责人王拥群续任贝壳集团高级副总裁兼惠居业务线CEO。
结合贝壳年报来看，2025年贝壳租赁全国在管房源已突破70万套，年租赁净收入达219亿元，同比增长52.8%，首次实现全年盈利，租赁逐步成为贝壳新的增长引擎。
在此次组织重构中，王拥群卸任上海链家总经理，转而专注集团高级副总裁及惠居CEO职责，发挥其在租赁业务上的优势。
29日，贝壳集团联合创始人、董事长兼CEO彭永东启动战略转型，涉及服务模式、组织架构、北京链家等多方面，明确公司将从交易平台向社区居住服务平台深度转型。
彭永东说，消费者的需求已发生根本性改变，消费者需要的是更真实的信息、更中性的解释，特别是确定性的解决方案。他说，贝壳要从以交易为核心，转向以居住决策支持和长期服务关系为核心。
据悉，贝壳发文改组了管理架构，宣布成立集团变革管理委员会，由彭永东牵头，旨在围绕满足消费需求变革业务架构、考核激励与资源流向。
