RH's Five-Year Targets May Not Be Realistic -- Market Talk
Dow Jones

0901 ET - RH slides 22% premarket after lower-than-anticipated F4Q results, and the home-furnishings company issues an outlook for the current quarter well below expectations, Stifel analysts say in a research note. "RH presented five-year targets that require a significant acceleration in the business post another heavy investment cycle," the analysts say. "Without points of certainty including a stabilization of revenue trends, we believe it is extremely difficult to approach our outlook with confidence." Stifel maintains RH's hold rating and lowers its price target to $110 from $133. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
