从玉智农（00875）发布公告，于2026年4月1日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司将透过配售代理以配售价每股配售股份0.45港元向不少于6名承配人配售最多1.53亿股配售股份。配售事项项下配售股份的最高数目相当于紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行最高数目配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本的约21.9%。每股配售股份0.45港元的配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.51港元折让约11.8%。
假设所有配售股份获配售代理成功配售，则配售事项的最高所得款项总额估计约为6880万港元，最高所得款项净额估计约为6730万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额约89.1%用于偿还借款；及约10.9%将用于集团一般营运资金。
