　　雅迪控股（01585）盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.49%，现报13.34港元，成交额1.68亿港元。

　　近日，雅迪控股发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，公司股东应占溢利29.12亿元，同比增长128.8%。交银国际指出，2025年公司两轮车海外销量达30万台，占总销量2%。近期地缘不确定性导致油价攀升，有助东南亚地区从燃油摩托车向电动两轮车切换。在新国标落地和以旧换新政策的推动下，行业进入新周期，预计公司作为行业龙头有望受益；同时海外业务值得期待。

　　开源证券指出，2025年公司在海外制造产能和供应链能力提升的支持下，来自东南亚的收入同比实现强劲增长。2026年初，公司正式启用位于越南北宁、投资1亿美元的智能制造工厂，初始年产能为一百万台，并将作为支持当地需求和出口的关键制造枢纽。展望2026年，预计公司依托已投入的海外研发、分销网络及制造设施，将不断扩大国际业务版图，推动外销收入加速增长。
