英国石油公司BP与阿布扎比国家石油公司（ADNOC）的合资企业Arcius Energy已做出最终投资决定，将开发埃及El Burg Offshore特许区块内的Harmattan天然气田。

　　该项投资估计约为50万美元，是Arcius在埃及的首批项目之一，旨在提高天然气产量以支持国内需求。

　　该决定是在Arcius于2026年2月收购El Burg Offshore特许区块之后做出的，项目正与埃及天然气控股公司合作推进。

　　作为执行阶段的一部分，Pharaonic Petroleum Company代表El Burg Offshore Petroleum Company已将工程、采购、施工及安装合同授予ENPPI，Petroleum Marine Services和Petrojet作为分包商参与其中。

　　Arcius首席执行官Naser Al Yafei表示：“开发Harmattan气田的最终投资决定标志着我们在埃及的首批项目之一向投产迈出了重要里程碑。这反映了我们对埃及能源行业潜力的信心，以及我们与埃及政府、EGAS及我们的执行伙伴紧密合作，以加强埃及天然气供应、支持能源安全并巩固埃及作为东地中海区域能源枢纽地位的承诺。”

　　Arcius成立于2024年，是BP与ADNOC投资部门XRG的合资企业，专注于开发埃及及更广泛的东地中海地区的天然气资产。
