本报讯（记者 康福柱）4月2日，阿城区组织16家优质企业携43个核心岗位，参加哈尔滨“丁香人才周”（春季）引才活动，计划招聘164人，以实打实的岗位供给和贴心的服务保障集聚人才。
高位统筹谋划，抓早抓细引才。阿城区统筹27家职能部门、19个镇街制定任务清单，精准对接企事业单位，筛选优质岗位，定期督导筹备。线上线下同步开展预热宣传，实现宣传全覆盖。精心设计金源文化特色文创产品，让人才感受到阿城温度与文化厚度。
匠心打造现场，用心用情聚才。阿城区将地域文化融入展位设计，打造兼具文化特色与服务功能的沉浸式引才场景，设置多功能二维码，实现引才信息“一扫即知”。专人“一对一”解答招聘岗位、薪资待遇、政策保障等问题，现场吸引众多求职者咨询。
持续优化环境，真金白银留才。阿城区全面落实省市人才新政，发放补贴资金1443.45万元。出台《“金都聚才”政策16条（试行）》，设立1000万元人才发展专项资金。深化校地合作，与25所高校建立45个合作项目，筹建100套人才公寓，制定入住优惠政策，实现“一人专办、一次办结”。开辟人才子女入学、医疗保健、出行出游绿色通道，让各类人才在阿城安心工作、舒心生活、潜心发展。
