本报讯(记者 康福柱)4月2日,阿城区组织16家优质企业携43个核心岗位,参加哈尔滨“丁香人才周”(春季)引才活动,计划招聘164人,以实打实的岗位供给和贴心的服务保障集聚人才。
高位统筹谋划,抓早抓细引才。阿城区统筹27家职能部门、19个镇街制定任务清单,精准对接企事业单位,筛选优质岗位,定期督导筹备。线上线下同步开展预热宣传,实现宣传全覆盖。精心设计金源文化特色文创产品,让人才感受到阿城温度与文化厚度。
匠心打造现场,用心用情聚才。阿城区将地域文化融入展位设计,打造兼具文化特色与服务功能的沉浸式引才场景,设置多功能二维码,实现引才信息“一扫即知”。专人“一对一”解答招聘岗位、薪资待遇、政策保障等问题,现场吸引众多求职者咨询。
持续优化环境,真金白银留才。阿城区全面落实省市人才新政,发放补贴资金1443.45万元。出台《“金都聚才”政策16条(试行)》,设立1000万元人才发展专项资金。深化校地合作,与25所高校建立45个合作项目,筹建100套人才公寓,制定入住优惠政策,实现“一人专办、一次办结”。开辟人才子女入学、医疗保健、出行出游绿色通道,让各类人才在阿城安心工作、舒心生活、潜心发展。
