韩国总统李在明与法国总统埃马纽埃尔・马克龙达成一致，将在核电、人工智能、芯片及核心矿产供应链领域展开合作。在首尔举行峰会后，双方联合发布公告。李在明表示，两国签署了在人工智能、半导体及量子技术领域的合作意向书。核电领域，韩国国营的韩国水力原子能公司（KHNP）与法国欧安诺公司（Orano）、法马通公司（Framatome）签署谅解备忘录，不仅将保障核电站原材料的稳定供应，还将为联手进军全球核电市场奠定基础。通过核心矿产供应链合作意向书，两国为核心矿产产业的稳定发展搭建了基础。双方还同意共同合作，保障霍尔木兹海峡海上运输安全。
