智通财经APP获悉，周四，霸王茶姬(CHA.US)涨逾7%，报9.87美元。消息面上，3月31日，在业绩说明会上，霸王茶姬创始人、董事长兼全球CEO张俊杰称，目前内部调整已基本完成，经营节奏和秩序回归稳健。“进入2026年，国内近期同店销售数据已呈现环比改善趋势，这让我们对‘上半年企稳、下半年修复’的全年节奏充满信心。”
张俊杰表示，2023年至2024年是公司的高速发展期，而2025年茶饮市场进入新阶段。他坦言：“我们没有在消费者极致体验上精耕细作。2025年下半年内部调整期间，组织响应速度迟缓，新品上新节奏暂缓，带来了业绩明显下滑，这确实是公司2025年面临的最大挑战。”
财报显示，2025年霸王茶姬实现总GMV达315.8亿元，同比增长7.2%；净收入129.1亿元，同比增长约4%。经调整后净利润为19.1亿元，同比下滑超过20%。截至2025年底，全球门店数达到7453家。2025年第四季度活跃会员数超4470万。
