Viking Mines Finalizing Geophysical Models at Nevada Project

Viking Mines (ASX:VKA) said it was finalizing a 3D geophysics model to identify high-priority targets at the Linka project in Nevada, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
It began a mapping and trench sampling program. The firm is also assessing easy-access mineralization from historical stockpiles and the tailings dam for potential early development.
Metallurgical testwork delivered saleable concentrate grades up to 63.6% of tungsten oxide, and it is now working on cleaner gravity and flotation.
