公告称，2025年，景区业务受消费分级、新产品和新项目不足、气候变化等因素影响，整体收入和利润较去年均下降。2025年，集团旅游景区及相关业务持续经营业务总体收入为18.80亿港元，较上年减少0.4%;应占利润为0.87亿港元，而上年应占利润为1.68亿港元。

公司将做强做优核心赛道。自然人文景区业务将持续深耕以宁夏、云南、广西、新疆为核心的四大环线区域旅游目的地，推动商业模式转型，以连锁化、规模化运营引领区域市场，实现从“经营资源、提供观光”向“服务客户、创造价值”转变，保持中国5A级景区运营数量第一。其中，沙坡头景区将通过业态升级与资源整合，联动甘宁蒙旅游小环线与青甘大环线，打造一站式国际沙漠旅游度假目的地;德天景区将挖掘中越边境文化资源，推进跨境旅游合作区建设，整合区域资源并搭建垂直旅游平台，打造国际一流跨境旅游目的地;云南公司将以大理洱海为核心，通过轻重资产结合、联动泸沽湖、稻城亚丁等项目，完善大滇西环线节点布局，形成区域辐射效应。
