Tourism Holdings (NZE:THL, ASX:THL) completed the sale of its UK and Ireland business, effective Tuesday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company's Kiwi shares fell around 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
