智通财经APP讯，华营建筑(01582)公布，于2026年4月2日，公司(作为投资者)与群核科技(作为发行人)、J.P. Morgan Securities(Far East)Limited、J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited及建银国际金融有限公司订立基石投资协议，据此，该公司有条件同意按发售价认购投资者股份。投资者股份的总投资额为300万美元(不包括公司将就投资者股份支付的经纪佣金及征费)。
据悉，群核科技为一家中国云原生空间设计软件提供商，产品广泛应用于住宅及写字楼到零售店及商业项目等商业场景。其软件以人工智能技术和专用图形处理单元集群驱动，使设计师和企业能创造出引人入胜的设计，并通过实时及沉浸式视觉效果进行体验。
董事会认为，基石投资为集团提供了一个投资于设计及可视化软件领域的宝贵机会，该领域作为支持建筑及环境项目的创新技术，扮演着日益重要的角色。董事会认为，此项对群核科技的投资符合集团实现多元化及可持续发展，并为股东带来投资回报的业务策略。
