证券日报网4月2日讯 ，中联重科在接受调研者提问时表示，2025年公司实现经营性净现金流48.74亿元，较上年的21.42亿元同比增加27.32亿元，同比增幅128%，2025年的净利润基本实现现金回笼。展望2026年，公司现金流管理目标是“确保赚到的利润及时收回”。公司将通过深化海外金融合作并优化信用政策，深耕存量回款并严控新增风险，全面强化回款全流程管控；同时，实施精益库存管理以加速存货周转，充分用好财务公司的金融属性，优化对供应商的付款，严控各项成本费用支出以提升运营效益等系列举措，全方位增强现金保障与抗风险能力，夯实财务基础，支撑企业长期高质量可持续发展。展望未来，随着扩张性资本开支进入尾期，公司资本支出稳步收缩，前期形成的固定资产将逐步释放经营杠杆效应，未来自由现金流会随着利润的增长实现同步大幅增长。
