英国独立的石油和天然气生产商EnQuest已签署马来西亚近海Cendramas区块的产量分成合同，标志着其进入东南亚市场。
该协议由马来西亚国家石油公司通过马来西亚石油管理公司授予，EnQuest将通过其附属公司EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia持有25%的参与权益。
Medco Asia Pacific将以50%的权益担任该区块的作业者，DIALOG Resources将持有剩余25%的权益。
根据联合作业协议和产量分成合同的条款，这些参与权益将从2026年9月23日起生效。
该交易标志着EnQuest地理版图的扩张，这家伦敦上市公司正寻求在其现有核心区域之外扩大上游资产组合。
