3月31日，中信金融资产（2799.HK）召开2025年度业绩发布会并披露数据显示，2025年，中信金融资产总收入804.76亿元，同比增长43%；归母净利润110.86亿元，剔除金租公司出表影响，同比增长17%，年化平均股权回报率（ROE）达18.7%，较上年度提升0.3个百分点。
其中，2025年，不良资产经营分部资产占比接近九成，收入占比达86.3%。同时，该公司新增收购不良资产债权规模超2400亿元，同比增长35%；收购处置业务实现收益同比增长16.6%。
与此同时，纾困盘活业务投放方面，中信金融资产立足逆周期调节功能，2025年新增纾困盘活投放923亿元，同比增长34%，实现收入同比增长54.7%。
在业绩发布会上，中信金融资产董事长刘正均表示，“十五五”时期，要摒弃简单买卖资产理念，转而主动挖掘和配置优质资产，及时处置贬损资产，“带着好资产穿越周期”。
