Environmental Group Unit Wins AU$9 Million Contract; Shares Up 5%

Environmental Group's (ASX:EGL) Total Air Pollution Control unit secured a AU$9 million contract with Ozango Minerais, a Pensana subsidiary and the owner of the Longonjo project in Angola, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The primary scope of work involves designing and supplying an off-gas scrubbing system for the project's processing facility, with an expected 12-month duration, the filing said.

Work is set to start this month, per the filing.

Environmental Group shares rose 5% in morning trade on Thursday.
