4月3日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局发布批复，核准黄学玲中国银行股份有限公司副行长的任职资格。

　　公开信息显示，黄学玲出生于1977年，2026年加入中国银行。2025年7月至2026年2月任中央汇金投资有限责任公司股权管理二部主任。2020年4月至2025年7月任中央汇金投资有限责任公司资本运营部主任，兼中央汇金资产管理有限责任公司董事长、总经理。此前曾任中央汇金投资有限责任公司综合管理部副主任，中央汇金资产管理有限责任公司执行董事，中国出口信用保险公司董事，中央汇金公司综合合管理部/银行机构管理二部改革规划处主任等职务。获北京大学经济学硕士学位。
