智通财经APP讯，伟能集团(01608)发布公告，根据上市规则第 13.49(1)条及第 13.49(2)条，本公司须于本公司会计年度结束后 3个月内(即 2026年 3月 31日或之前)根据经与本公司核数师德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(核数师)协定同意的截至 2025年 12月 31日止年度财务报表公布初步业绩(2025全年业绩)。
本公司董事会谨此通知本公司股东及潜在投资者，截至本公告日，本公司仍在应核数师要求收集资料及协调安排以完成其审计程序(尤其关于持续经营基础的评估)，以供其出具审计意见。因此，本公司将无法按规定如期刊发2025全年业绩。
延迟刊发 2025全年业绩将构成上市规则第 13.49(1)条之不合规事宜。本公司将继续尽最大努力协助核数师及与其合作以完成审计程序。预期本公司将于 2026年4月20日或前后刊发2025全年业绩。
应本公司要求，本公司股份将于2026年4月1日上午九时正起在联交所停止买卖，以待本公司刊发2025全年业绩。
