董事会欣然宣布，左玥女士及张显翘女士已获董事会委任为联席公司秘书，自2026年4月1日起生效。左女士与张女士会共同履行公司秘书职务。左女士同时获董事会委任为董事会秘书，自2026年4月1日起生效。张女士同时获董事会委任为公司法律程序文件代理人(根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港代公司接收法律程序文件和上市规则第19A.13(2)条在香港代公司接收法律程序文件或通知的法律程序文件代理人，以及担任根据上市规则第3.05条的公司授权代表，自2026年4月1日起生效。
