So notwithstanding the buoyant share price, we think it's well worth asking whether Amplia Therapeutics' cash burn is too risky.   In this report, we will consider the company's annual negative free cash flow, henceforth referring to it as the 'cash burn'. You can calculate a company's cash runway by dividing the amount of cash it has by the rate at which it is spending that cash.   When Amplia Therapeutics last reported its September 2025 balance sheet in November 2025, it had zero debt and cash worth AU$29m.   Importantly, its cash burn was AU$13m over the trailing twelve months.   That means it had a cash runway of about 2.2 years as of September 2025. Given that sharp increase in spending, the company's cash runway will shrink rapidly as it depletes its cash reserves.     While the past is always worth studying, it is the future that matters most of all.  So you might want to take a peek at how much the company is expected to grow in the next few years.   How Hard Would It Be For Amplia Therapeutics To Raise More Cash For Growth?  Given its cash burn trajectory, Amplia Therapeutics shareholders may wish to consider how easily it could raise more cash, despite its solid cash runway.
