智通财经APP获悉，据报道，德意志银行(DB.US)近日发布内部备忘录，宣布任命黎敬之(Joe Lai)为亚太区投资银行及资本市场主管，进一步强化其在亚太地区的投行业务布局。
备忘录显示，黎敬之于2023年加入德意志银行。任职期间，他在亚太市场推动并完成多项具有市场影响力的重要交易，为银行相关业务发展作出“重大贡献”。
在加入德意志银行之前，黎敬之曾担任瑞信亚太区投资银行及资本市场联席主管，长期参与并主导区域内多项资本市场及并购交易项目，积累了丰富的跨境金融服务经验。
职业履历方面，黎敬之在亚太地区拥有超过20年的银行业经验，曾先后任职于星展亚洲资本及安永会计师事务所，在投资银行、资本市场及专业服务领域具备深厚背景。
此次任命被视为德意志银行持续加强亚太区投行业务能力的重要举措，亦反映该行对区域资本市场长期发展的重视。
