消息面上，欧康维视生物发布公告称，OT-211(AR-15512)在中国开展的III期临床试验已完成首例患者入组。OT-211(AR-15512)为一种0.003%浓度滴眼液配方，亦为首款获美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准用于治疗干眼症（DED）的TRPM8激动剂。首例患者成功入组标志着OT-211在中国的临床开发取得重要里程碑进展，并体现了集团致力于为DED患者推进创新疗法。
公开资料显示，Alcon Inc.开发出AR-15512的0.003%浓度滴眼液配方，并完成一项IIb期及三项III期临床试验。OT-211(AR-15512)已于2025年5月28日获FDA批准用于治疗DED的体征及症状。集团于2024年10月与Alcon集团进行战略合作后，已自Alcon集团取得于中国内地开发、制造、委托制造、进口、出口及销售OT-211(AR-15512)的独家许可。
