ChainCatcher 消息，Arkham 分析师 Emmett Gallic 在 X 平台发文表示，加密货币交易所 Gemini 在最新提交文件中披露，截至 2025 年 12 月 31 日其对关联方 Winklevoss Capital 尚有 4,619 枚 BTC 借款未偿还，按当前价格约合 3.14 亿美元。文件显示，该类借款年费率为 4%–8%，且无固定到期日，但出借方可在书面通知后随时要求偿还。
Gemini 历史累计曾向 Winklevoss Capital 借入超过 1.1 万枚 BTC 和 13.3 万枚 ETH。
