智通财经APP讯，百奥家庭互动(02100)发布公告，公司董事会获知，执行董事及董事会主席戴坚先生于2026年4月1日透过Stmoritz Investment Limited(Stmoritz，由戴先生间接实益拥有的公司)以平均每股股份0.425港元从市场购入合计30万股每股面值0.0000005美元的本公司普通股。
紧随购买股份后，Stmoritz直接持有合计6.89亿股股份(占本公司已发行股本约24.0%)。于2026年3月30日及31日，以及4月1日，戴先生透过Stmoritz从市场购入合计99.6万股股份。
