金涌投资（01328）发布公告，于2026年3月31日，Redwood（本公司的全资附属公司）通过在联交所进行市场内交易，出售25万股迈富时股份，总代价约为789.7万港元（不包括交易成本），相当于每股股份约31.591港元。连同先前迈富时出售事项，集团已通过市场内交易出售合共104.44万股迈富时股份，总代价约为5654.7万港元（不包括交易成本），该款项于结算时以现金收取。
于2026年3月31日，Redwood通过在联交所进行市场内交易，出售21.5万股迅策股份，总代价约为4303万港元（不包括交易成本），相当于每股股份约200.14港元。连同先前迅策出售事项，本集团已通过市场内交易出售合共52.92万股迅策股份，总代价约为8068.6万港元（不包括交易成本），该款项于结算时以现金收取。
集团预期将分别从迈富时出售事项及迅策出售事项中获得约5654.7万港元及约8068.6万港元的所得款项净额。集团目前拟将所得款项用作一般营运资金。
