RPM International (RPM) said Wednesday that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Kalzip GmbH for its Tremco Construction Products Group unit.
Kalzip GmbH, headquartered in Koblenz, Germany, designs and manufactures aluminum roofing and facade systems used in building envelope applications.
The company generated approximately 75 million euros in net sales in 2024.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
