4月3日，银华基金发布银华绍兴原水水利REIT一季度经营情况临时公告，该REIT项下绍兴市汤浦水库工程2026年一季度供应原水量及原水收入（未经审计）同比变动超过20%。

具体来看，绍兴市汤浦水库工程项目一季度供应原水量为2062.78万立方米，同比下降68.8%；实现原水收入1321.78万元，同比下降68.8%。该事件将对项目公司一季度收入、利润率和现金流造成负面影响，进而影响基金份额持有人的当期基金收益分配，可能对全年经营业绩形成一定程度的影响。

公告显示，截至4月2日，汤浦水库水位为18.09米，原水应急保障Ⅰ级响应尚未解除，汤浦水库供水量继续予以限制。
